Vernie content licence, version 1
This licence is between the gallery named on the page where it is accepted (“the gallery”) and Piotr Zalewa NOD, Kamykowa 6, 87-134 Rozgarty, Poland, NIP 8791049974, which runs Vernie (“Vernie”).
What it covers
Each part applies only if the gallery ticked it:
- Images: photographs of the gallery's exhibitions, openings and premises published on the gallery's own website.
- Texts: descriptions and press texts of the gallery's exhibitions and openings published on the gallery's own website.
What Vernie may do
Copy them from the gallery's website and show them on vernie.app, in the Vernie app, and in what Vernie sends or shares about the gallery: notifications, emails, and link previews. Vernie may resize, crop and compress images to fit its layouts. Texts are shown as published, though a list may show only their beginning.
Terms
Free of charge, non-exclusive, and valid until withdrawn. Vernie credits each image to the gallery and to the photographer when the gallery's website or the credit field names one, and links each text to its source page. Vernie does not sell this material or license it to anyone else.
Withdrawal
The gallery can withdraw either part at any time on its page in Vernie. Vernie takes the material off its pages at once and deletes its copies within 7 days. Previews already sent or shared outside Vernie cannot be called back.
Rights
The gallery confirms that it holds the rights to the material it licenses, or has the permission of the artists and photographers to let Vernie show it.
